Yeah, I had one of those. I kept the pieces in a briefcase and assembled it where ever I needed it.

You are right, the XT was as step back from the CoCo. The target market didn't care about sound and colors, All they wanted was to tun WordStar and Lotus 123 or Visicalc.

This caused the manufacturers to initially forgo color. Sound was a luxury limited to the MB connected speaker. Radio Shack followed a similar strategy with their Model I. It was a business machine, all fun be danged! :-) Salvador
