[Coco] Coco2 64k upgrade

Early CoCo 2s used 8 16 by 1 or 64 by 1 memory chips.  The CoCo 3 used 4 
64 by 4 chips.  These chips only work with the last two versions of the 
CoCo 2.  So the answer is maybe, subject to model version.
