[Coco] HDB-DOS 1.5 released

HDB-DOS 1.5 has been released and can be downloaded from
https://sourceforge.net/projects/toolshed/files/ToolShed/ToolShed%202.2/

The hdbdos-1.5.zip contains pre-built ROM/disk/wav image files.

Note that the source code is maintained in the hdbdos/ folder of the
ToolShed source repository.

- Allow access to drive #255 (Robert Gault)
- FDC track format: side 1 or 0 correctly encoded into track buffer (David Ladd)
- BECKERTO build option for timeout in Becker port routines (David Ladd)
