[Coco] Manual or Code for Forth?

I did an intensive g**gl* for the D.P.Johnson forth a few months back -
particularly because the manual makes it sound like a really nice piece of
work. I even located the original author and emailed him offering to buy a
copy or the rights. I had no reply.
