[Coco] SDCX high speed start up poke

Hi

I run the double speed poke on my coco most of the time

If you add this line to SDCX.BAS

42 IF PEEK(343)=191  OR PEEK(344)=191 THEN POKE 65497,0

It will startup the SDCX Menu Program in double speed if you are pressing 'F1' or 'F2' when you turn your coco on
