[Coco] CGP-115 Plotter

Does anyone have information on the CGP-115 Pen Plotter?
Specifically the gear that is prone to split. The diameter, number of 
teeth, size of the shaft hole, depth of the gear? Is there any 
replacements/ substitutes?
