[Coco] Altera DE1 for sale

I want to jump at this offer, but I am cautious regarding the RAM speed and the problem that this incurred with getting the CoCo 3 FPGA to work. Would I have any problem getting the CoCo 3 FPGA s/w to work with the board that this seller is offering?

Here is a great opportunity to get a DE1 if you don’t already have one or maybe even if you want a spare.  The eBay sellers appears to have a large number of these available and has enabled "make offer".  I think he will take an offer of ten dollars less than what he’s asking.
