SInce I had space in one of my board runs, I put this into the mix, 
populated the board, and tested.  Seems to work OK.  I have a few boards 
available, folks who are interested might be able to convince Richard to 
solder one up (needs 2 40 pin sockets, 1 40 pin header, switch, 2 10K 
resistors.
