[Coco] Cartrage slot dev break out board

I have one.  I have forgotten who I got it from, but someone here on the list.
Other than the matrix of holes/pads it also has a set of pads connected to
the edge connectors that is made for an IDC connector.  Perfect for
connecting it to a breadboard for prototyping and experimentation.

I think the folks who sell the cases have a board that fits in them and
is just perfboard with holes and an edge connector
