[Coco] A Thanksgiving Present to Coco/DriveWire4 users

You may or may not have seen my posts on the recent thread on the "CocoPi3" about the unreleased version of DriveWire4, so as a reminder, back in about 2014, Aaron sent me a (sort of) "Developer's" version of DW4. It's identical to the current release, but with a few enhancements. While it was still fresh on my mind and also waiting for the turkey to come out of the oven, I decided I better take care of this before I forget it (turkey will do that to ya).
Here is the "UNOFFICIAL" release of DriveWire4 Version 4.3.4e.
