[Coco] lwtools compile in unbuntu bash (running on windows 10 Linuxsubsystem)

That screen shot shows that the C compiler ("cc") isn't available for 
whatever reason. Since "cc" is the standard name for the C compiler, it 
probably means you don't have the development packages installed or 
there is something wrong with them.
