[Coco] CoCoSDC Saving Kings Quest Progress to disk.

I'm using Toolshed os9 format command line utility to create the disk image 
and imgtool.exe from the MAME/MESS project to copy files. Apparently imgtool 
doesn't like non full sized images created by os9 format. Modifying the 
script to include the -e option to create a full sized image fixed the 
problem.
