[Coco] Message to list getting delayed or lost when posting.

Just for everyone's info:

1. If you don't post from your subscribed address, the message will be discarded.
2. If you haven't posted in a long time, you may be temporarily graylisted.
3. If your IP is on a spamblock list, you will be graylisted until it's lifted.
4. If you use an adminisrivia keyword, your mail will be held until I approve it.

You can always check the full header to see where the delay occurred.
