[Coco] Basic09 6309 version

There is source. It is decompiled 6809 with things identified where they
were able, and with the 6309 code commented. I can't recall exactly where
it is, but I believe the current repository for NOS9 will have it.

It's time to review the changes and try and fix the 6309 version or just
stop using it in preference for the 6809 version.
