[Coco] Can anyone verify an error in the NitrOS9 tech manual?

The original manual would be he correct one. We didn't change thing in Nitros9 as of version 2.01, and changing it after that would have broke a LOT of programs under both level 1 and 2. So the new manual has a typo.
