If anything, these groups are complementary . Salvador

I see a lot of new faces on th FB page. I am not sure if they know of 'the list' or even how to join.

What is the difference between a digested member, and a non-digested
member? Is there any overlap in those numbers?
Just under 400 member for a mailing list is pretty good, considering the
subject is a 35 year old computer.
Over 1500 members on the Facebook group is beyond impressive, both of these
services are very active, and serve their audiences equally well.
I find this mailing list to be usually of a more technical nature, and due
to the format, it's slightly less socially oriented, but, again very
effective.
The Facebook group, being a part of social media, and being able to host
photos, to be able to see profile pictures of the members, to actively
comment on a topic, to host polls, surveys, etc., has also been a great
asset.
I spend a little more time on Facebook in general, but I am trying to
frequent this list, and be more active in it as well.
I'm sure there's overlap in this list and facebook, too, so how big is the
cococo community? I don't think it's a stretch to think there are 2,000
people out there, how active are they, how involved are they, hard to tell.
Great thing, is there are no requirements to be a CoCo enthusiasts, and I
appreciate services like this list, and the Facebook group, along with
other services, such as the CoCo Crew Podcast.
Even if the "active" list of users was only in the dozens, a dozen actively
happy people thinking about, working on and creating for the CoCo is still
a magnificent thing.
