[Coco] [COCO] Stacking the 6309?

For the same reason that most emulators allow you to choose and those
emulators, although I use them, may not be 100%.   For example, you're
writting some really funky code to take advantage of the legal 6309
features, yet you want 6809 users to use the same program?
