Water heater was not installed to current code, the painter / plumber / carpet layer ... will run a line to outside. The pan was rusted out and the drain could not handle the amount of water. (1970 built) Kitchen sink was saved and is in in the garage along with a new dishwasher, washer and dryer, new water heater and ...

I saw the ad on TV AFTER the disaster, $25 to save ~ $15,000 out of my pocket plus insurance.

I have two, two more to come for use in any place water could leak.
