The only difference between Emulation mode and Native mode are the
instruction cycle counts and whether or not the W accumulator is pushed
onto the stack at IRQ invocation (or SWI) and pulled from the stack by RTI.
All new instructions, registers and error trapping are available regardless
of the execution mode.
