[Coco] 1.2Mb floppy drives

​Bill, the only way you could use HD floppies on a CoCo was with a major
patch to the 12V radio shack floppy disk controller & and top of it you had
to be using a CoCo 3 in double speed mode for it to even work.  Otherwise
to my knowledge no one else had ever come up with a compatible/upgraded
floppy controller that could do HD drives.​

Also you had to have a  patched floppy disk driver for OS-9 & format
command.  Not sure if this patch ever made it into the NitrOS-9 repo or not.

The walkthrough for that mod was on Delphi, but hopefully someone has that
mod walkthrough some place :D

Otherwise you can still find sources for 720K 3.5" floppy disks and you can
just use a 3.5" HD floppy drive in DD mode.
