[Coco] CB, ECB, DECB, & SECB

Art,
I looked at the PDF of the original manual that came with the CoCo 3. It
refers to the updated basic in the CoCo 3 as "Extended Color Basic Version
2". I did not see anywhere where I read a reference to Super Extended
Color Basic.
My opinion it is probably something the group adopted to make it easier to
distinguesh between the Extended Basic 1.x on the CoCo 1 & 2's verses the
expanded command set in the Extended Basic 2.x on the CoCo 3. Otherwise if
you were to look at it probably should be named what???? ECBv2? (*shrug*)
