[Coco] FHL O-Pak

I think I have it, but I lost my index for my master disks but my last disk set index shows it on SHF87. I used it on a CoCo 2 and OS-9 L-I. Looking at the files I see no instructions.  The name "OPAK.ORG". Lots of fonts and two CMDS to switch in the hires and back out.
