[Coco] DynaStar 3.0

[CoCo Demus]

The version for Coco_1_or_2 needs the FHL O-PAK hires screen drivers. Does
anyone have a copy of it ? Running it on a wordpak or vdg screen all you
get are weird characterss.

The Standard_OS9 is the version 2.0 :/
