[Coco] Basic09 versions

Whoops - I was referring to Multivue in this case. BASIC09/6309 does have some optimized integer math routines, and the loop counters for both Integer and Real’s are faster. Probably a few other small things, but the main reason to patch BASIC09/6309 is because it’s signal trap handler wouldn’t work in 6309 native mode, as it used a register that is on a different place on the stack after a software interrupt. (Might have been for either the CTRL-C or CTRL-E traps, if I remember correctly).
