[Coco] Basic09 versions

My collection of Basic09 versions is complete. I have received a few copies
of Level 1, and I thank everyone who sent me a copy. Gene, you don't have
to go out of your way. Save your energy for those trips that you can't say
no to.

I have

Basic09 Level 1
Basic09 Level 2
Basic09 Dragon
Basic09 N6809 (recompiled version after changes made in recent times)
Basic09 N6309 (same as N6809 except compiled for 6309)

I have compared them and am making a detailed list of the differences
between them. This also includes comparisons of the versions of RunB that
accompany each version of Basic09.

Inkey, GFX, GFX2 and SysCall, as far as I know, are the same in all
versions. I'll be happy to make these comparisons available when they are
finished if there's an interest.
