[Coco] CoCo SDC Media Player (download link, podcast, tools)

Hello everyone,

Here is the new download link for CoCo SDC Media Player related stuff.

This is where you will be able to find the current player and modules, tools for making Media Player
files, Media Player versions of the CoCo Crew Podcast and more.

This is just getting started, but more stuff will be getting added here as it becomes available.

The DAC versions of the Podcast on here are playable by any 64K CoCo with an SDC (6809 code).  There is a tool
I just finished writing for making your own .CSM files for DAC audio in the tools section, just Mac OS X for now
but versions for other platforms and modules should appear there in time.  :)
