[Coco] 3d printing

I let my prints run overnight, so I don't really consider time to print to
ever really be an issue. The bigger issue is material quality and
durability. If you don't use the right filament and the output is not
consistent, it can be more trouble than it's worth.

With that said, I'm not aware of anyone sharing their STL files for
cartridge shells (could be wrong), so a new one would have to be designed
with the express intention of not minding when others make use of them.
