Thanks for the heads up

I overclock all my systems so I am always keeping an eye on my settings. I also use a utility that tells me if my system settings have been modified
But again it is good to know that our systems might be 'attacked' by the good guys, internationally or not

Subject: [Coco] A WARNING about Windows 10 Updates...

Hi everyone,
I've been a faithful Windows user since Windows 3.0 and before that DOS 3.0. I just discovered a FLAW or BUG in their UPDATE Process and I wanted to warn EVERY Windows 10 User out there about it before it ruins their day.
If you're like me I tweak EVERY setting for optimum setting (making everything run faster), the only thing I DO NOT tweak is the Clock Speeds of my CPU, I just buy the fastest CPU out there available.
Recently I had an update preformed and I noticed that my Ethernet Adapter seemed to be running much slower than normal. I then went into the Device Manager and checked out the settings. I found out the the JUMBO FRAMES on all my Ethernet Adapters had all been changed from 9KB MTU to a new setting of DISABLED (and therefore slowing down all my Ethernet Adapters).
I have yet to check out my other settings and am in the process of doing so now. My advice is for everyone to check out their settings to see IF anything has been changed in any negative way. Why MicroSoft did this (or even IF they are aware of this, I do not know. But it is something to be aware of and check out for yourselves.
Just a warning so you're all aware...
Good luck and happy computing...
Joe Schutts
