[Coco] Pac Man Version 1.01 - update already!

First, want to thank Glen again for working on this project and bringing
another fine game for us to enjoy on the CoCo.

I didn't try the download site, but, when you are on a lot of these
file-sharing based web sites, there is a bunch of advertisement based crap
on these pages, and it's not uncommon for some of those adverts to use
alarming false messages like FLASH or JAVA or even Chrome is out of date,
in an attempt to lure you to clicking on a link for some crappy program of
theirs.  I see this a lot when trying to get stuff for my kids (and mine)
Minecraft add-ons from 3rd party sites.

My general advice is to always click responsibly when downloading from
these large scale public download services, most of what you see on the
page is bogus information.

Glenn if you want I can also host the files on my CoCo links website, there
won't be any adverts there, however, I can't speak to if a local ant-virus
client will throw a false positive on certain attachments, usually anything
that is zipped, including an EXE file should be OK.
