The current build of VCC can be found at:
https://github.com/VCCE/VCC/releases

As far as the MPI slot should be 4=FD502.  As far as the others are kinda
like they would be on a real CoCo.

As far as DriveWire please remember you need to make sure to use the becker
version of the DriveWire images.
