I don't think OSHPark does PCBA (PCB Assembly), which is the OP question.

And, if you want just PCBs, I actually recommend running the calculator:

OSH Park is one of the quoted sites, and I find that elecrow has better 
pricing most of the time, and you can order the parts for delivery quicker.
