[Coco] 512K AND Beyond??? How FAR Beyond???

Did the 2meg board use SIMMs?  If it did I had one of those (It's probably
still here in one of my boxes of junk).  I always wondered why someone
didn't pick up making those boards later. I also have boxes of old SIMs
that wold work in them just fine.

Note that I wrote several test programs that can extensively test this memory. The test programs are
on this site and they work with MESS and VCC emulators.

There are some notes at the above site where I try to explain how the memory should be used.
