William, no, NitrOS9 is still on Source Forge. Someone may have their own fork on github, but the official repository is on Source Forge.

I believe that NitrOS9 is already on Git.  I would have to fire up myUbuntu in VirtualBox to confirm but I am pretty sure the team is using Gitnow.William H.
