[Coco] Jason files.

I was looking through many various CoCo related documents I have
accumulated and I ran across 2 Json files related to the coco.
I think there somthing to do with the mylar sheet in standard coco
keyboards but I am not sure. Does anyone know how I can open these Json
files and see what they contain ?
