This looks like one of Ed Sinder's Radio Shack composite board clones. It outputs a composite signal. You'll need a Sony type cable which goes from the 3.5mm jack to three outputs. Here's an example from Amazon.

To be really sure though, you need to open up the case and take a look at the board. Hope this helps.

You made me go look again.  I see now that it isn't an RCA but looks like
an earphone jack.  Wierd.
