[Coco] Booting OS9 on my CoCo 3

Ok, I just burned a ROM with 'dw4dos_mb_cc3.rom'. I installed it in my
CoCo and when I boot up the screen says, "DW3 CC3 BOOT FAILED". I don't
have a serial cable made up yet but should I assume that's ok so far?
Even though the file is called "dw4dos..." the screen is saying DW3.
