[Coco] GCC6809 cross compiler, assembler & linker

Hi Walter,

You can find binaries (arm packages will come soon) and source package here:
https://launchpad.net/~tormodvolden/+archive/ubuntu/m6809

If you study the source package, build dependencies are listed in
debian/control and any "tricks" for building are in debian/rules.
