[Coco] Bud Pass programs

Excellent news! BTW, did Mr. Pass the author of the Dynamite 6809
disassembler? It had the very useful property of recognizing SWI2 and the
following byte(?) and emitting the appropriate OS-9 system call in the
disassembly.
