Ok, to clarify (by reading the Glenside IDE manual)

Page 11:
2.4.1 Which Driver Do I Want?
If you use the Tandy MultiPak, you will want to use the 16-bit $FF5x driver. Otherwise, you probably want to use the 16-bit $FF7x driver.

Page 37:
E3 PCB Layout:
Schematic shows where the jumper is located (J2).

Page 38:
"The PCB has one set of jumpers, J2, used to select the addresses at which the device is active. The options are:

1-2 closed, $FF7x ($FF70-$FF7F)
2-3 closed, $FF%x ($FF50-$FF5F)
