[Coco] really dumb cartridge question

Robert,

Your description is not very clear so let's forget about that. :)

Mount your circuit board so that the IC is not showing when you screw it to the 
cover. When installed, the IC should be on the top half of the case where the 
screw is that holds the two halves together.
