[Coco] Coco SDC Explorer 0.23

A new version of Coco SDC Explorer is now available for download!

New features:

- it is now possible to mount/unmount the selected disk on drive 1 by 
pressing SHIFT+1
- any file can be mounted, regardless the extension

Thank you all of you for the positive feedback! It gives me the motivation 
to improve SDCX even more.
