Henry,
Really not that bad of a project. Being a USB device is a lot easier than being the host.
Most of the code in the PS/2 interface at Cloud-9 would work and the output key map would have to change as they are different.
Too many projects and very little time!
Arduino should have something out there for being a remote USB keyboard.

Given the excess of surplus PC keyboards, I doubt anyone has bothered.
OTOH: a PS-2 or USB to CoCo adapter might get some small attention.
