Increased power cycling increases the risk of hardware failure and 
certain 512 RAM upgrades (Triad) require a longer time off before you 
power up again otherwise the CoCo doesn't re-initialize properly.

I always do a CTRL-ALT-RESET but this keeps the last mounted disk still 
active.
