[Coco] Wordpower 3.1

My recollection is that the program got less compatible with alternate
DOSes in later versions.  I think version 3.1 would only work under ADOS
with DISABLE, which freed up more space above standard RSDOS by disabling
some enhancements.  I would not be particularly surprised if no version of
Word Power will work with HDBDOS.
