Phill, here is the JVC format. The original page by Tim Linder seems to have been taken down... glad I copied it :-)


 The DMK format is on Ira Goldklang's site:


The dmk format is near the bottom of the page.

I did have a document on VDK, but I think it was on my external drive that recently crashed.
