[Coco] 720kb Diskettes

DNS=3 is the correct value, I had both a 5-1/4" and a 3.5" 80 track drive.

Using the correct value allowed me (As planned by the OS-9 people) allowed me to read 40 Track and 35 Track drives on the 5-1/4" drive.

But most people chose the incorrect value of DNS=1.
