[Coco] RGBDOS, HDBDOS, and key repeat

Barry, there's a stand-alone program, KEYRPT.BIN, that was included on the
Extended ADOS-3 disk that should be compatible with HDBDOS, I would think.
EADOS3 should be in the list archive.
