I can probably swing another one (I need to buy the CS8900 IC, as I
don't have any spares, but that's not a huge deal), but I'd like there
to be a catch:
Help me debug the interface at the show.
I am pretty confident of the design (it's lifted from my 64NIC+
design), but there are always things to consider. Brett is going to
write some test code for me to try, but there is nothing better than
sitting down with the scope and the LA and bringing up HW for the first
time.

Nice progress, Jim! I would love to dabble with this card...thiugh,
I have
only made thought progress, and not doing progress with my
networking dev.
So I'll guess I'll lean toward a TAP interface, if possible...then
it
should be easier to integrate the networking code with this new nic
card.
(I dont have a cassette booter yet- and no MPI)..so dev will be
rough.

I'll bring it to VCF-MW and send you one of them, if wanted. I plan
towrite a bit of test code to ensure it is sitting in memory
correctly, but
I'll have to depend on you to do the heavy lifting.
If you have it in you to make two, I would still be interested in
having one. I plan to be at VCFMW as well.
