[Allen Huffman]

I updated the MediaWiki software for www.cocopedia.com today, which also required upgrading the version of PHP used.

I am also going through and revising how the Templates work used for page navigation, based on things I learned for another new wiki project I have been undertaking. I will update the help files with new instructions in the near future.

I expect to do massive cleanup of the wiki this Fall/Winter, especially with the InfoBox templates. I have learned a lot in the past month or so on my other project.
