You’re not supposed to suggest they make the payment that way I guess.  Something in the terms of service.
Of course if they do it on their own...

Paypal wants their fees.  I think the punishment is your account may be altered to accept only payments with a fee
(goods and services).  No more F&F payments.

Will they ever notice?  Doubtful.  Someone would probably have to bring it to their attention.
